Fortelock Tile Take-Back Scheme
As part of our environmental programme, we offer our customers the option of returning unwanted Fortelock PVC tiles, which would otherwise end up in landfill. This service saves you time, hassle and the cost of landfill disposal, whilst also allowing you to join us in helping to protect the environment. Return the tiles to us and we will take care of recycling the waste material and reusing it.
What type of tiles can be returned?
All types of Fortelock tiles, regardless of wear and tear. You can recognise Fortelock tiles by the logo on the underside of the tile. The service is limited to Fortelock tiles only; before packing the tiles for dispatch, please ensure you do not send tiles of other brands or other PVC materials. Such returns will not be accepted.
Available delivery options
For those of you who, due to distance, are unable to deliver the tiles to our company’s address yourselves, we offer the Fortemix transport service. Fill in the loading point on the form, pack the tiles properly according to the instructions in the FAQs, and then wait for a confirmation email and collection details from the carrier. Fortemix transport is a paid service. However, we will ensure that the transport costs do not exceed the cost of disposal in your region.
