What makes Fortelock flooring so special?
High durability, no downtime, tiles replaced in a matter of minutes.
Exactly what your business needs.
The tiles have a load-bearing capacity of up to 6,600 kg. They remain undamaged and unaffected by deformation under normal operating loads.
Installation requires no gluing, drying or downtime – you can carry on working.
If a tile gets damaged, you only need to replace the damaged one, not the whole surface. You don’t need to redo the subfloor.
Fortelock can withstand even harsh environments involving oils and chemicals. Without damaging the surface.
Fortelock tiles are built to last. But what if one tile gets damaged? Simply replace it. No glue, no sanding, no downtime and no need to call in a professional.

Flooring comparison
More durable, more practical and no downtime required. Fortelock offers benefits that traditional flooring does not. Here is how Fortelock differs from traditional solutions.

An epoxy floor can take 3 to 7 days to dry. With Fortelock, you’re done in 3 to 4 hours.

Fortelock can withstand heavy impacts and falls from tools or heavy objects. Such impacts and falls would have shattered ceramic materials long ago.

Unlike adhesive vinyl, Fortelock requires no complicated surface preparation or chemicals.

Unlike ceramic tiles, vinyl flooring or epoxy coatings, Fortelock does not require a perfectly level subfloor.
Fortelock flooring options
From light-duty warehouses to heavy-duty production halls – we have a solution for every type of operation. All you have to do is choose the right one.
A functional solution with the option to customise the visual appearance
Zoning, traffic management or warning lines – Fortelock flooring allows you to visually organise traffic flow without compromising on durability.
Do you have any practical questions? We’ve answered exactly those
Questions are a natural part of the decision-making process. We’ll give you clear answers.
Yes. The floor is designed to withstand both high point loads and dynamic loads. It can easily cope with the daily use of pallet trucks and forklift trucks, provided the correct type of tile is used and the maximum load-bearing capacities are observed.
No problem. The surface is highly resistant to oils, petrol and common chemicals. Liquids do not soak into the material, but we recommend wiping them up or washing the floor as soon as possible. No stains or warping occur.
No. The floor does not require a perfectly level subfloor, unlike epoxy or bonded floor coverings. The subfloor should be solid and stable, but the tiles will easily compensate for minor unevenness.
No. The installation can be carried out in stages and even whilst operations are ongoing. There is no need to clear the entire area or plan for a lengthy production or warehouse shutdown.
Simply replace the damaged section. There is no need to dismantle the entire floor or suspend operations for a long period. Replacement is quick and can be carried out in a specific area.
