The Moravian-Silesian Region and Biskupské lesy have once again set out to show the wider public how important and demanding the work of foresters is, and to remind us all of the value forests hold for us. After successful planting in previous years, they decided to organise another Stromy pro Javorník event and reach out to the general public as well.This initiative has been running since 2021 in the Ondřejník and Velký Javorník areas and is an example of successful environmental activity. Thanks to more than 20,000 trees planted, it is helping to strengthen the ecological stability of the local forests and support the region's natural biodiversity.This year we again had the chance to support the event, both as a partner and in person. So we rolled up our sleeves and contributed at least a little to restoring the forests in this area, which has been severely affected by a bark beetle calamity for several years now.We would like to thank the organisers and our colleagues from Fortemix for the wonderful atmosphere and the time spent together, and we look forward to future editions.

We are delighted to share great news – our FORTEMIX office building has been selected by the expert jury among the 6 best projects of the prestigious E.ON ENERGY GLOBE 2025 competition! This success is the result of teamwork and the innovative approach of the architects from PROJEKTSTUDIO in Ostrava, who have already won the ADAPTERRA AWARDS with this project.

Opening the doors to understanding the past and the present

Bark beetles, climate change and our everyday decisions are changing the face of Czech forests. 👉 But WE have the power to influence it – for instance by getting up off the couch and lending a hand. ❤️Last month, as it does every year, tree planting took place once again around Javorník. 🌳 And Fortemix was there once more 💪 Already for the third time. 🌲 🌳 🌲On Friday, students from the nearby schools did the planting and the TV POLAR television crew was present, with whom we filmed a short report, and on Saturday the event was open to the public.This year we were once again partners of the whole event, thus supporting the fight against the bark beetle calamity and lending a hand. 🤩 🌳 https://lnkd.in/ezzQcaJdMore than 16,000 new trees are proof that when we join forces, we can achieve great things. 🌲❤️

As part of the FORTEGRANT charity project, which is focused on helping non-profit organisations, our employees selected and then, together with the owner of FORTEMIX supported the Křídla dětem foundation.

This was already our fourth appearance at the BAU trade fair, which represents a significant milestone in our strategy for presenting ourselves on the international stage. Taking part in this prestigious fair is always an exceptional event for our company, as it gives us a unique opportunity to meet in person with our existing German partners and customers.
