Helping makes the most sense where our support can really change something. One of the long-term partners we support at Fortemix is the Ondrášek Mobile Hospice.

The Moravian-Silesian Region and Biskupské lesy have once again set themselves the aim of raising public awareness of the importance and challenges of foresters’ work, and of highlighting the significance of forests for us all. Following the success of tree-planting initiatives in previous years, they have decided to organise another ‘Trees for Javorník’ event, thereby reaching out to the wider public. This initiative has been running since 2021 in the Ondřejník and Velký Javorník areas and is an example of a successful environmental initiative. Thanks to more than 20,000 trees planted, the ecological stability of the local forests is being strengthened and the region’s natural biodiversity supported. This year, we had the opportunity to support the event once again as a partner, but also in person. So we rolled up our sleeves and did our bit to help restore the forests in this area, which has been severely affected by a bark beetle infestation for several years now. We’d like to thank the organisers and our colleagues at Fortemix for the great atmosphere and a wonderful time, and we look forward to future editions.

Do you know how a really good working day begins? NOT in the car stuck in traffic, NOT with an iced coffee on the way to work. But at the table, among colleagues, with a fresh breakfast and relaxed conversation. Company breakfasts at Fortemix have long been a much-loved tradition. It's a small ritual that changes the atmosphere, the mood and team relationships.

We are delighted to share great news – our FORTEMIX office building has been selected by the expert jury among the 6 best projects of the prestigious E.ON ENERGY GLOBE 2025 competition! This success is the result of teamwork and the innovative approach of the architects from PROJEKTSTUDIO in Ostrava, who have already won the ADAPTERRA AWARDS with this project.

Opening the doors to understanding the past and the present

Bark beetles, climate change and our everyday decisions are changing the face of Czech forests. 👉 But WE have the power to make a difference – for example, by getting off the sofa and lending a hand. ❤️Last month, tree planting took place once again in the Javorník area, a year on from the last event. 🌳 And Fortemix was there once more 💪 For the third time. 🌲 🌳 🌲On Friday, pupils from local schools took part in the planting, and TV POLAR were there; we filmed a short report with them. On Saturday, the event was open to the public. This year, we were once again partners of the whole event, supporting the fight against the bark beetle infestation and lending a hand. 🤩 🌳 https://lnkd.in/ezzQcaJdMore than 16,000 new trees are proof that when we join forces, we can achieve great things. 🌲❤️

Customer Day 2025 – an event we will remember for a long time!

You may never have heard of early intervention, yet this service visits your neighbours, acquaintances and colleagues. It is a service for families who have had a child with a disability. It gives parents strength, information and support in situations most of us cannot even imagine, and brings children the support they need during a difficult start.

At Fortemix, we constantly bring great opportunities and benefits to our employees, and one of the most popular is undoubtedly SUCCESS OF THE MONTH! Every month, the heads of the individual departments have the opportunity to nominate the most significant and most successful projects of the past period, which our colleagues then decide on through online voting. The winners take home not only a financial reward, which goes to the top three projects with the highest number of votes, but also unique medals shaped like our iconic Fortelock tiles, now in a brand-new original design.

Cinema or theatre tickets as a work perk? Yes, please! This benefit is becoming increasingly popular among employees who want to combine business with pleasure - that is, work commitment with the chance to relax and enjoy culture. Imagine the feeling when, after a demanding day at work, you get the chance to watch your favourite film on the big screen or head to the theatre for an exceptional performance that takes you to another world. Not only do you get to unwind from the daily hustle, but you also have the opportunity to draw fresh inspiration, energy and enthusiasm for the days ahead.

As part of the FORTEGRANT charity project, which aims to support non-profit organisations, our staff selected and then, together with the owner of FORTEMIX, supported the Křídla dětem charitable trust.

This was already our fourth appearance at the BAU trade fair, which represents a significant milestone in our strategy for presenting ourselves on the international stage. Taking part in this prestigious fair is always an exceptional event for our company, as it gives us a unique opportunity to meet in person with our existing German partners and customers. Germany is one of our key markets, playing an important role in our business, and it is precisely this opportunity for personal contact that allows us to deepen cooperation, share the latest innovations and gather feedback directly from those who work with or use our products.
