At Fortemix, we constantly bring great opportunities and benefits to our employees, and one of the most popular is undoubtedly SUCCESS OF THE MONTH! Every month, the heads of the individual departments have the opportunity to nominate the most significant and most successful projects of the past period, which our colleagues then decide on through online voting. The winners take home not only a financial reward, which goes to the top three projects with the highest number of votes, but also unique medals shaped like our iconic Fortelock tiles, now in a brand-new original design.
