A company breakfast together
Do you know how a really good working day begins? NOT in the car stuck in traffic, NOT with an iced coffee on the way to work. But at the table, among colleagues, with a fresh breakfast and relaxed conversation. Company breakfasts at Fortemix have long been a much-loved tradition. It's a small ritual that changes the atmosphere, the mood and team relationships.
Even simple morning get-togethers can tear down the barriers between departments. A "How are you?" turns into the start of a dialogue that moves the whole company's work forward. A well-built company culture doesn't start on paper, but at a shared table.
And a company breakfast is one of the simplest and best ways to strengthen it every month. This time we thank our colleagues from production for preparing an excellent breakfast. It was heavenly!
