Fortegrant Once Again Supports Spolek PANT

In our corporate charity programme Fortegrant we have once again been happy to support Spolek PANT, an organisation that has long been dedicated to education and to opening up important social topics. Spolek PANT has been helping people better understand the history of the 20th century and current world events since 2007.

In 2016 it opened the community and information Centrum PANT in Ostrava, which significantly expanded its work towards understanding the present day. Through lectures and discussions with prominent Czech figures, it offers the public the chance to look critically at the world around us from a variety of perspectives. Through its activities, the association builds a bridge between the past and the present and creates a natural historical context that is essential for the further development of society.

Spolek PANT is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation made up of dedicated teachers, media professionals, graphic designers and managers who, without any political or economic ambitions, seek new partners and sponsors for the further development of cultural and educational activities. They cooperate with a number of prestigious institutions and universities.

Centrum PANT is not only a community space, but also a stylish café and bookshop, where visitors can not only buy books but also browse them at their leisure over a cup of good coffee. The rich programme of lectures and discussions for adults is complemented every Saturday by a creative morning for children in the form of theatre performances and workshops.

We are proud that, through Fortegrant, we can support activities that are meaningful and contribute to open dialogue and to the development of an educated society. We thank Spolek PANT for their unflagging enthusiasm and their contribution to our community.
