Whistleblowing

Fortemix produkce s.r.o. (hereinafter “Fortemix produkce ”) is an Obligated Entity under Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers (hereinafter the “Act”), which addresses the issue commonly known as whistleblowing, or the reporting of misconduct.
In accordance with this, Fortemix produkce provides further information below on how the requirements under the Act have been implemented.
 

MAKING A REPORT Reports
can be made at Fortemix produkce in one of the two ways below.
 

  1. Via the Fortemix Production internal system :
    a) by sending an email to whistleblowing@fortemix.cz ;
    b) by contacting the relevant person (details below) and requesting a time to make the report; during a face-to-face meeting, you will inform them of the content of the notification, which will be recorded in a report on which you may comment.

Whistleblowing is a mechanism for the safe and confidential reporting of unlawful or unethical conduct within an organisation. Its aim is to enable employees and other associates to draw attention to potential breaches of the law, internal regulations or ethical principles without fear of reprisal. Fortemix promotes an open and transparent corporate culture that emphasises accountability, fair treatment and the protection of whistleblowers.
