Flex 41
Fortega Flex 41 (EB2) - ECO Classic Graphite
An enlarged version of the Flex 34 roofing tile, now featuring the same striking pattern as the Flex 34. This tile differs from the Flex 34 primarily in its size and weight. Its shape is also based on proven Czech tradition, and together with Flex 34, it is one of our most widely used products. It is ideal for replacing old, worn-out roof tiles of the same shape.
Fortega roofing tiles are highly resistant to high temperatures in the summer as well as very low temperatures in the winter months. Our roofing tiles are also resistant to UV radiation.
Fortega roofing demonstrates our years of experience and the versatile, high-quality use of recycled plastic. If you are considering the most suitable roofing option, we believe that our product line is the best choice for you.

Fortega Flex41
Lightweight plastic roofing with a slate-like appearance
Fortega Flex41 is based on the EB2 and is a lightweight, flexible and durable roofing material for houses, holiday homes and pergolas. Made from recycled plastic, it offers a long service life, minimal maintenance and the look of slate without the added weight. The larger surface area of the tiles reduces installation time.
For harsh weather conditions and renovation work
Designed for the Central European climate – it withstands heat, frost, UV rays, rain and hail. The material remains flexible, does not flake, and its non-absorbent surface helps prevent moss growth and retains its shape over the long term. Its light weight makes it ideal for renovation projects where it is not necessary to reinforce the roof structure.
Technické parametry
Rozměr 415 × 415 mm, tloušťka 5–6 mm, spotřeba cca 8,4 ks/m² = plošná hmotnost cca 11–12 kg/m² (vs. 40–50 kg/m² u pálených/betonových tašek).
Key benefits of the Fortega Flex41
Lightness and a traditional look
A lightweight roofing material that eliminates the need for complex roof truss reinforcement, whilst retaining a traditional appearance.
Thermal comfort
Excellent thermal insulation properties, which prevent it from overheating and create a more stable indoor climate.
Acoustic comfort
It absorbs noise better than sheet metal. In rain or hail, the roofing is quieter and improves acoustic comfort inside the building.
Appearance and warranty
The roofing comes with a 22-year warranty, but its lifespan exceeds 50 years.
Installation of Fortega Flex41
The panels are installed in the same way as Ekoternit EB1 on full-surface boarding fitted with a vapour barrier or other suitable under-roof insulation, with a minimum pitch of 25°. Thanks to their flexibility and 415 × 415 mm format, they adapt well even to more complex roof shapes.
Installation is carried out in horizontal rows from the eaves to the ridge. There is an expansion gap between the sheets to accommodate wind clips. The roofing is secured with nails and wind clips in accordance with the installation instructions.
An experienced DIY enthusiast can handle the installation, but for larger or more complex roofs, a trained roofer is recommended to ensure that details (valleys, penetrations, ridges and edges) are carried out correctly in accordance with the technical specifications.
A quick comparison of options
A comparison of Fortega Flex41 with standard roofing materials
When choosing roofing materials, people most often compare metal sheets, tiles, shingles and fibre cement. Whilst metal sheets are lightweight, they are noisy and prone to corrosion or overheating, whereas Fortega Neo offers better sound insulation and thermal comfort. Tiles are significantly heavier and place a greater load on the roof structure, whereas Fortega Neo is lightweight, easy to handle and does not crack. Compared to shingles and fibre cement, it stands out for its longer lifespan, greater durability and quicker installation. Below you will find a table comparing the basic properties of our roofing materials with those of our competitors.
