Tereco paving was chosen for the renovation of a balcony terrace in Frýdek-Místek. This paving was selected primarily for its suitability for outdoor use and its ability to effectively renovate the original, unsuitable substrate without the need for laborious removal. The modern design naturally complemented the character of the balcony and significantly improved the overall appearance of the space.

The installation, covering a total area of approximately 20 m², was completed in a single afternoon without the need for complex structural alterations. Tereco paving is the ideal solution for outdoor areas, not only due to its resistance to temperature fluctuations and UV radiation, but also because of its ease of maintenance and the ability to quickly replace individual tiles in the event of damage. This solution thus provides a long-lasting, functional, aesthetic and practical finish for balcony and terrace areas.
