Balcony, Frýdek-Místek

During the renovation of a balcony in Frýdek-Místek, Tereco paving was chosen as the ideal solution for modernising the existing surface. Thanks to its suitability for outdoor use, it allowed the original substrate to be restored without the need for laborious removal or extensive building work.

The new paving gave the balcony a modern look, improved its functionality and blended naturally into the overall character of the space. The installation, covering an area of approximately 20 m², was carried out quickly and efficiently in a single afternoon.

Tereco paving offers high resistance to temperature fluctuations, UV radiation and normal outdoor wear and tear. Further advantages include easy maintenance and the ability to simply replace individual tiles should they become damaged.

The result is a practical, durable and aesthetically pleasing renovation of the balcony terrace, which has provided the customer with a long-lasting, functional outdoor space without the need for unnecessarily complex refurbishment.
