As part of the renovation of the balcony area in an apartment block in Žilina, Tereco paving in the Wood design and Graphite shade was chosen. This solution was selected primarily because it allowed for the quick and efficient restoration of the original surface without the need for laborious removal. The natural look of the wood complemented the exterior nicely and contributed to the overall cosiness and cohesion of the space.

Tereco decking is suitable for long-term outdoor use thanks to its resistance to temperature fluctuations, sunlight and other climatic influences. Installation is quick and requires no complex structural alterations, whilst users will also appreciate the ease of maintenance and the option to simply replace individual tiles if necessary. This solution thus represents a practical, aesthetic and long-lasting treatment for outdoor areas.
