Heavy loads and constant damp in the premises were the main reasons that led to the refurbishment of the floor in the basement of Komerční banka. The tile type chosen for the highest loads allowed not only safe and easy movement of heavy coin trolleys, the system of drainage channels also helped ventilate the floors.
