Flex 34, Czech Republic

During the renovation of a detached house in Náchod, Fortega Flex 34 in the colour ECO Classic Red was chosen as the ideal replacement for the original, ageing roofing material. The main reason for this choice was its very low weight (approx. 10 kg/m²), which meant there was no need for costly reinforcement of the existing roof structure, resulting in significant cost savings for standard homes.

Since the installation, the owners have particularly praised the excellent acoustic properties; the composite material effectively dampens the ‘drumming’ of the rain, creating a much quieter environment in the attic rooms
