Ice hockey changing room – Havířov, Czech Republic

In the course of the spring and summer the changing room of the A-team ice hockey players at the Gascontrol Aréna was modernised. The renovation of the changing room at the ice rink in Havířov called for an individual approach and individual floor system solutions.

Because of the heavy load on the floors, Fortelock Industry PVC floor tiles for high loads were chosen. The floor tiles resist not only abrasion from ice skates, but also surface water and any perspiration produced during physical exertion. The individual sections of the floor are joined together by a system of interlocks, which makes it possible to replace any damaged pieces without having to replace the whole area.
