Primary school – after-school club, Czech Republic

This installation is proof that our floor can make even an after-school club at a primary school more welcoming. The demands on such a space are high. It has to be clean here, the floor must not be slippery, it must be easy to maintain and, above all, it must look good. This primary school decided to use large-format Fortelock XL tiles instead of a carpet. Thanks to our wide range of colours they combined the pattern beautifully so that it matched the surrounding furnishings, and the resulting effect is really worth it. What is great is that the floor can be taken apart and rearranged, which the children will enjoy too. There are no limits to the imagination.

Fortelock tiles are suitable for this type of interior above all because they meet all the requirements mentioned. They provide thermal and acoustic insulation, the surface is non-slip and durable, easy to maintain and, in the event of local damage or a tile being ruined, the damaged piece can easily be replaced with a new one.
