New: Industry Ultra – tiles for heavy industrial loads

Workshops, garages, fitness centres, stores, showrooms — customers can use Fortelock Industry tiles in all of these spaces. Often, however, they are looking for a solution for warehouses and production areas subject to heavier loads. At the same time, they need a solution that does not have to be fixed down or glued. It is precisely for them that we are introducing a new addition to our PVC tile portfolio: Fortelock Industry Ultra.

Fortelock Industry Ultra tiles are based on the popular Industry range. They have the same tile and interlock shape, but crucially, they differ in thickness. They are up to 40% thicker than the standard tile, giving a total thickness of up to 10 mm. This makes them ideal for areas where heavier industrial pallet trucks and forklifts are used.

And what is the biggest advantage? When handling low-lift pallet trucks, no fixing or gluing is required. The tiles can withstand a load of up to 2,200 kg, which in many cases is the maximum capacity of a pallet truck. Compared with the standard Fortelock Industry tiles, this is up to 4 times higher load resistance. What is more, under the load of standard forklifts they can handle up to 5,500 kg without gluing or fixing.

Fortelock Industry Ultra is available in 8 colours, three surface patterns, and also in the ECO variant — tiles made from recycled materials.
