For tiles made from virgin PVC, the manufacturer gives a warranty of up to 12 years that they will not wear through or tear under normal use, and in practice they achieve a service life of up to 25 years. Local damage is dealt with by replacing individual tiles, so there is no need to repair the entire floor.
Does the hall have to be cleared and production stopped for the installation?
No. Fortelock tiles are laid gradually, section by section, without adhesive, grinding or wet processes, so the hall can keep running. According to the manufacturer, Industry Ultra is ready for full load immediately after laying. The website states an installation rate of up to 30 m² per hour.
Can racking stand on Fortelock tiles?

Can the tiles in a hall withstand oils and chemicals?
Industry is resistant to brake fluid, engine oil, solvents and industrial cleaning agents, and the chemical resistance of all ranges is rated good according to EN ISO 26987.
