Fortelock Business

A premium look without any downtime. Fortelock Business offers stylish flooring for shops, restaurants, offices and other commercial premises where there is neither the time nor the space for lengthy refurbishment work.

Forget about clearing out the space, adhesive, dust and weeks of waiting. You can install the flooring in stages whilst the premises remain fully operational – quickly, cleanly and without any wet processes. You can refurbish one section whilst the other continues to operate. No unnecessary downtime or lost revenue.

Premium finishes, graphite-coloured joints and concealed locks create the elegant look of a classic designer floor. What’s more, the patented ZeroGap system minimises water permeability at the joints and makes day-to-day maintenance easier.

Fortelock Business – when you want a new floor, not a new operational headache.

A designer floor suitable for heavy-duty use and prestigious settings

In commercial premises, flooring must not only be durable but also look good. Fortelock Business offers sophisticated designs that blend seamlessly into the interior. A robust locking system with concealed joints creates a seamless surface with a decorative joint. A range of designs and three joint colours allow for harmonisation with the interior.

The durable wear layer withstands mechanical stress, abrasion and common chemicals, and offers a safe, non-slip surface. When laid as a loose-lay system, it can even withstand the passage of cars and handling equipment with tyres weighing up to 3,500 kg.

It is suitable for shops, supermarkets, showrooms, restaurants, cafés, offices, schools, exhibition spaces, as well as residential and communal areas.

Key benefits of Fortelock Business

Refurbishment without closing the premises

You don’t need to close your business. You can lay the tiles in stages, without having to clear out or move equipment. The large format (2.44 tiles per m²) speeds up the installation process. Dry installation without adhesive means you can use the space almost immediately – without having to wait for it to set.

Premium design and aesthetics

A wide range of designs and a graphite-coloured grout allow you to create a stylish floor. The accentuated grout highlights the pattern and enhances the professional look of the interior, making it suitable for showrooms, restaurants, offices and schools.

The unique ZeroGap lock

ZeroGap minimises water permeability at the joints thanks to a special interlocking system. This means the floor can be washed as normal without any risk of water seeping underneath – for easier maintenance, a more hygienic environment and a lower risk of damp.

High mechanical strength

Business retains high compressive strength despite its decorative appearance. When laid loosely, it can withstand vehicles and handling equipment with tyres weighing up to 3,500 kg, including pallet trucks, delivery vans and display vehicles.

Long service life and sustainability

Up to 12 years’ warranty. The entire system is fully recyclable and, at the end of its service life, we offer a material take-back scheme. No need for repeated coatings, frequent replacements or unnecessary waste.

Easy maintenance

The smooth, hard-wearing surface is easy to clean and disinfect, ensuring the floor remains clean and presentable even under daily commercial use.
